Bringing out the Best in Small Business Owners

With over 30 years of leadership experience spanning both for-profit and non-profit sectors, I genuinely love partnering with small business owners. I offer a fresh, outside perspective and provide strategic solutions that truly help businesses flourish. My work centers around 5 key pillars for business success.  These 5 pillars are the foundation for every small business and work in tandem to support and grow the business.

My clients often tell me that what makes our partnership special is my knowledge and experience, fresh thinking, and knack for problem-solving. They appreciate how I create focus for what they want to accomplish, hold them accountable for taking action to get there, and even more, how I show them what it truly takes to work on their business, not just in it. My success is directly tied to each business owner’s, driven by genuine care. This means I’m not just giving advice; I’m delivering actionable solutions that consistently move their business forward.

Are you ready to get started? Are you ready to focus on the things that will make your business prosper and grow? Contact me today to schedule your free consultation.

“The reason most people never reach their goals is that they don’t define them, or ever seriously consider them as believable or achievable. Winners can tell you where they are going, what they plan to do along the way, and who will be sharing the adventure with them”

Building Business & Community

I bring a genuine passion for human connection to everything I do. In my role, I share what Strategic Solutions offers with the community, build relationships, and act as a connector — bringing people together and pointing them toward the resources and support that can help them most. As part of this, I also work directly with small business owners to help identify the pain points holding their businesses back.

My professional foundation was built in crisis response and program management, where I developed a deep and nuanced skill set working with people in high-stakes, high-emotion situations. This work honed my ability to read subtle shifts in tone, body language, and emotional state in real time, and to quickly build trust with people from all walks of life. Today, that same ability lets me put business owners at ease and build the kind of trust that opens up honest conversation.

I’m also a certified Transformative Mediator, and this training sharpens the way I show up in my work every day. I use these skills to get to the heart of what’s really holding people back, so we can address the true needs of their business rather than just the symptoms on the surface.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, meditation, and playing music.
