My success includes the creation of robust onboarding programs, everboarding, SOP & KPI development, WFM, CX, and developing ways to measure just about anything! I have experience collaborating with Executives, IT, HR, Sales, Service, Production, Accounting, Safety & Risk Management, and others to design learning content/solutions.
A consummate learner, I am curious and innovative- analyzing data, seeking out industry trends and researching best practices to improve/grow. I have demonstrated ongoing success utilizing technology to enhance training, including LMS implementation and management, website design and maintenance, creating training videos, working with IT on software enhancements, and the design of resource apps.
I am passionate about people- a relationship builder. I have managed numerous programs/projects for diverse groups, working directly with staff, volunteers, and community members. I have experience leading small, as well as large staff teams- both in-house and remote. For years I have planned and implemented business activities including team building sessions, corporate events and outings, and training summits.

When I’m not consulting and helping organizations grow, I stay actively engaged with my church and enjoy spending quality time with my family, including my Border Collie mix puppy. I’m also passionate about giving back, serving as the Event Coordinator for the Carolina Border Collie Rescue and supporting my collegiate alma mater with various projects. I love to travel and often explore new places with friends, making memories along the way.
